You May have heard a reference to the "twilight years", or maybe you've heard the phrase "the sun is setting on your life." Indians believe that when the spirit leaves the body it goes to the West. spirit returns to the spiritual world.
All things are connected and all working together. This is our health - physically, spiritually, mentally and emotionally. When youyou work with this knowledge and place your rates in accordance with this ancient wisdom ,you will find the power !

One of the ways we do this is through prayer and meditation. Every thought that comes from our mind and every word that comes from our mouth is a prayer. When we think, though we send energy out into the world and universe. This is why we should be careful with our thoughts. Whether we know it or not, our thoughts are intentions that go out from us even if we are not conscious of it. Our words bring into the physical realm that Which we think. Awareness that our thoughts and our words are forms of prayer should have you asking "to what, and for what, and I pray ?"
Our spirit is our essence - what we have in our town. To be spiritual is to raise our will at the highest possible level. We do this through our thoughts, words and actions, and constant awareness! Feed the body, mind and heart of good things and to nurture the spirit. Looking for truth and understanding and to devote part of each day in prayer and meditation, and your spirit will be strong. Another thing that is important for the spirit is an attitude of gratitude. Thank you one thing that we can give to the Creator who is not already his. Regardless of the fact that you are thankful for when you dwell on it in your mind, we give back to the generous space in the heart. the spirit is nourished through it.

We have the capacity for learning endless. brain continues to grow throughout our lives, but as our body, heart and spirit, we must foster the good stuff.
the mental aspect of our being is important, because thought is the beginning of what we are working to create. Change your thoughts and change their beliefs. Change your beliefs and change their actions. Change your actions and change your character. Change your character and change his fate. It all starts with a thought. This is our chance to create, through our intention, the life we want for ourselves. When you focus on the positive things in life, a positive outcome. To become aware of thoughts that might need adjustments or changes, meditation is central.
In meditation, we want to encourage and challenge the brain and to devote part of each day on intellectual activity and growth. Puzzles, learning a new language, playing a musical instrument, anything that causes the brain to work may be associated with growth.

mother - Social
I hesitate to assign a direction to this aspect, because the negative connotation of association with the "down" so I use the mother as the mother energy flows upward to the Father energy spirals downward. To remember this, you can think of "Mother Earth" and "Father Sun". Together they form a double helix that spirals through all things. In humans, this energy travels through a natural channel in our spine.
We need to care for our social / communal environment like a mother who cares for your child. In Native culture, there is a strong sense of community because we understand that "It takes a village". All that we as individuals affect the whole, which affects us in return. Care should be taken over just as we care about you and all the dimensions that make them. We rely on others for many things. We rely on the creature and other creatures on this earth for our survival. We are herd animals and, as such, were we supposed to know their place in the great circle of life. We should know how to treat everyone else - and how they relate to us. Each person contributes either positively or negatively on his or her environment and community, so it is in everyone's best interest to strive for a healthy relationship with the world and all beings in it.
With regard to the four phases of growth cycle, when the baby is born is all done for the baby. He was dressed, fed, cleaned and tended to by someone else. In a sense, the world (at least for the baby knows it), revolves around him. As it grows, and his awareness increases, he sees the world is bigger and it is a natural tendency to try and master the world, so that it becomes more and more independent - going further and doing more for themselves. Understand how work contributes to our own lives, our families, our communities and our world can pick up a task-oriented position to do something more meaningful and fulfilling.

Energy is about vibration and vibration levels. If we are to resonate with those things on a higher vibrational level, we first need to raise our own. We enter into this larger stream by making better choices that affect all levels and all the bodies. These elections come out positive thoughts and actions.
